Welcome to VikSend ("we," "our," or "us"), a product of Vikkify LLC. By accessing or using our services at viksend.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Service Description
VikSend provides a secure file delivery and client upload service that integrates with your Dropbox account. We generate identity-verified, expiring links for document exchange between you and your clients. We do not store your files—all files remain in your Dropbox storage.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By using VikSend, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful content through our platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use our services to send unsolicited communications or spam
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of VikSend is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store your files. File transfers are facilitated through your connected Dropbox account. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services, including contact details and audit logs of file access events.
6. Pricing and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Overage charges for exceeding your plan's Active Client limit are billed at the rates specified for your plan.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VikSend and Vikkify LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of VikSend after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VikSend if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
