What is VikSend?
VikSend is a secure file delivery and client upload service for professional firms. We provide identity-verified, expiring links for sending documents to clients and for collecting client uploads into your Dropbox. Files stay in your storage—we never store them.
How does secure delivery work?
You add files to your Dropbox folder as usual. VikSend generates a unique, expiring link per client. The client receives an email, verifies their identity with a one-time code, and can then download or upload files. No client passwords or portals.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on Active Clients per month—any unique email you send files to or receive files from. Free tier includes 5 Max Active Clients per month with 30-day audit retention. Prime is $19/mo for 50 Active Clients, Professional $49/mo for 250. Enterprise has custom pricing. Overage rates apply per extra Active Client.
Do you store my files?
No. We never store your files. Everything stays in your Dropbox. We only handle authentication and secure link delivery so clients can access or upload files according to your settings.
